| This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I called to set my appointment until I picked my car up , I was treated with resect and honesty. Every time I was told I would received a call for an update, I did! Customer service is clearly something this shop values and will have my loyalty because of it! When I received the phone call to explain what repairs were needed, everything was explained so clearly and in a non-condescending manner, it made me feel so confident that the issues with my car were being fairly an accurately addressed. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! |

| Great service would highly recommend. Had some wiring problems with my truck knocked out all my steering wheel buttons (cruise/volume/calling) and window switches, they fixed it all up. Kept me informed/updated thru the whole thing. Will definitely go to again if needed. |

| When the A/C stopped cooling on my 8 year old Toyota, I wanted a place to go where I could drop it off and walk home. I picked Anaya?s and got lucky! Having had experience with A/C on a number of other used cars, I suspected that it might only need a Freon recharge. Anaya?s quoted a price on the phone for the diagnostic test and that?s what I paid. No ups no extras and I got my car back the same day. I am a happy customer! |

We called about ou car that wouldn't start and a tow truck was here to pick it up within 15 minutes. We were called with an explanation of the problem and projected cost, gave the OK and picked up the car, all within a very short time.
