| This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I called to set my appointment until I picked my car up , I was treated with resect and honesty. Every time I was told I would received a call for an update, I did! Customer service is clearly something this shop values and will have my loyalty because of it! When I received the phone call to explain what repairs were needed, everything was explained so clearly and in a non-condescending manner, it made me feel so confident that the issues with my car were being fairly an accurately addressed. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! |
